David Makharadze

Founder and CEO

David Makharadze is the co-founder and CEO of Peak Services Group and a principal at TriWest Multifamily, where he combines serial entrepreneurship with deep operational expertise across technology, multifamily real estate, and home services. A builder and strategist at his core, David has been instrumental in developing over $200 million in large-scale real estate projects.

At Peak Services Group, David leads the firm's acquisition strategy — identifying high-performing HVAC, Plumbing, Turn Services, Painting, and Flooring businesses and plugging them into TriWest's residential ecosystem of 6,000+ owned units and a broader network of 100,000+ apartments. His vision is straightforward: bring capital, bring contracts, and leverage technology to make every acquired business run smarter, scale faster, and outperform what legacy ownership ever could.

David's leadership draws on a world-class pedigree in high-stakes execution, with a proven track record of scaling businesses from inception to exit across technology, real estate, and the trades.

Omer Ivanir

Omer Ivanir brings over thirteen years of real estate finance and development expertise to his role as a partner at Peak Services Group. As co-founder of TriWest Multifamily and TriWest Development — a leading Los Angeles-based firm focused on luxury single-family, assisted living, and co-living projects — Omer has been instrumental in deploying capital across more than $2 billion in real estate transactions.

At Peak Services Group, Omer applies his deep background in deal evaluation, acquisition structuring, and investor relations to identify and grow high-performing home services businesses within the TriWest residential portfolio and beyond.

Omer holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Loyola Law School. Outside of work, he is a recreational pilot and enjoys traveling and surfing.

Bryce Overend

Bryce Overend is a partner at Peak Services Group and co-founder of both TriWest Multifamily and TriWest Development, where he leads deal evaluation, financing, operations, and investor relations. With a decade of experience in real estate financing and investment, Bryce has overseen more than $1.5 billion in transactions across a range of residential and multifamily asset classes.

At Peak Services Group, Bryce leverages his operational discipline and financing expertise to help acquired home services companies scale efficiently — integrating them into the TriWest residential ecosystem and positioning them for long-term growth.

Bryce holds a B.S. in Business with a dual concentration in Corporate and Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.

Blake Overend

Blake Overend is a partner at Peak Services Group and co-founder of TriWest Development, where he oversees the evaluation, acquisition, renovation, and resale of distressed residential properties across Los Angeles County. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Blake has personally managed 150+ transactions valued at more than $500 million — building a reputation for operational precision and market instinct.

At Peak Services Group, Blake's ground-level experience in residential real estate directly informs how the firm identifies, integrates, and grows home services companies — ensuring that every acquisition is built on a foundation of real operational knowledge, not just capital.

Blake holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.

Zach Rivas

Co-Founder, TriWest Multifamily

Zach Rivas is a partner at Peak Services Group and co-founder of TriWest Multifamily, bringing over twelve years of multifamily real estate expertise to the firm. Prior to founding TriWest, Zach held senior positions at ARA, JLL, and TruAmerica Multifamily, where he served as Senior Director of Acquisitions for the Western United States. During his 8.5-year tenure at TruAmerica, he oversaw $4.4 billion in acquisition volume across more than 21,000 multifamily units.

At Peak Services Group, Zach's institutional-scale acquisitions background and deep Western U.S. market knowledge give the firm a significant edge in identifying and underwriting home services businesses aligned with the multifamily sector.

Zach holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Real Estate Development. He is a former member of the OC/IE ULI Young Leaders Group and a current PAC Member at NMHC.
